2. Safety Tips
- Never send money in advance. Do not make payments without having verified the vehicle in person.
- Verify vehicle documents. Confirm that the plate, VIN, and ownership documents match.
- Meet in public places. For your safety, conduct inspections and negotiations in public, well-lit places.
- Avoid suspicious transfers. Be wary of payment requests through unusual methods or to third-party accounts.
3. Types of Fraud
Vehicle problems
- False information about the vehicle's condition, year, or mileage
- Misleading photos that don't represent the vehicle's actual condition
- Listing a vehicle that doesn't exist or has already been sold
Financial fraud
- Scam attempts through advance payment requests
- Suspicious payment requests through unconventional methods
- Fake profiles created to deceive other users
Security issues
- Suspicious or unusual behavior
- Threats or harassment towards other users
- Criminal activity
4. What We Do
To protect our users, we implement:

5. How to Report
Use the report button available on any listing or profile. When reporting, provide:
- Screenshots as evidence
- Relevant messages
- Detailed description of the problem
Urgent reports (scams, threats) are reviewed within 24 hours. General reports within 48 hours.
6. Consequences
Actions we take based on severity:
- User warning
- Listing removal
- Temporary account suspension
- Permanent ban
In cases of high severity (scams, threats, criminal activity), the user is immediately blocked.
